Irwin's Quarter Horses
We are planning on our last Hurrah by contemplating a move to the interior of the province for a larger piece of property suitable for horses and our lifestyle.... We are offering our home and farm for sale which we have owned and enjoyed for the past 26 years. This gorgeous farm has been the home of good times with lifelong friends, Weddings, barn dances, and endless social gatherings. It has been home, and birth place some truly great horses. The kitchen is 21'x10' is tiled and has a breakfast area ( our favorite room) with a view to the back patio, horse pens, and the Golden Ears Mountains, plus the enjoyment of the many birds, resident peacock, squirrels and bunnies that enjoyed the pond and feeders. The trophy TV room is 17.8'x14' with a gas fireplace and it also opens on to the back patio. The Utility room is 14'x6' The attached garage is 21'x21'2 Two car size and 3 bay carport. The house is wood siding and brick, the roof is hand split shakes.
The indoor arena is 137'x71' The arena at this time has indoor turn out pens and a round pen. There is also a covered Turn out 50'x 100' for the stallions. The overall size of the building 224'x102' and has a brown metal roof. There is 29 box stalls mostly rubber matted and the alleyway is cobble stone. (When operated as a boarding, training facility it was highly lucrative.) The arena lounge has been converted into attractive living quarters and has a covered deck with climbing roses. The country cottage is 800sq feet. is tiled throughout, Vaulted ceilings, with nice deck and gardens. This is a perfect home for in-laws or hired help... It is currently rented.
